Our Story

Breathe is a nationally recognized Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) that specializes in overnight oximetry testing, capnography testing and home sleep testing. Breathe was born in 2005 out of a necessity that DME providers needed an IDTF that focused on technology and also provided excellent customer service.

Our mission here at Breathe is to provide an easy to use platform and work with our clients on ways to create more efficiency in their day to day tasks.

2018
Breathe launches capnography testing for DME providers. Capnography testing allows our DME clients to identify possible non-invasive ventilation patients.
2017
Breathe acquires Protecs a national IDTF based out of Georgia.
2016
Breathe adds Contec (Vpod Ultra) pulse oximeter device to their software platform. Read More

Breathe's mobile app is now available for Android product users.
2014
Breathe releases text messaging feature for their DME clients. Sales reps immediately know when a patient qualifies for oxygen! Read More

Breathe is the first IDTF to launch a mobile app for DME providers utilizing Apple products. Read More
2007
Breathe launches it's proprietary software for nationwide overnight oximetry testing.
2005
Breathe receives Medicare IDTF number and begins providing local IDTF testing in the Kansas City area.
